Lisa Longoria, LMT - Owner

My Passion is finding holistic ways of maintaining health and well-being. I believe strongly in the power and healing benefits of massage therapy.

I graduated from Everest College of Massage Therapy in 2010. Since then, I've had the privilege of working as a Licensed Massage Therapist in spa environments as well as collaborating with Chiropractors. In doing so I've been able to help many people achieve their natural health goals. Now through Massage Therapy and Wellness Treatments, I can help even more people to find relief from stress, improve circulation, and flexibility as well as promote relaxation.

I am experienced in many different massage modalities. They include: Swedish massage, myofascial release work , sports massage, trigger point therapy and deep tissue massage. To customize a massage that is tailor fit to meet your needs, I use a variety of techniques. At your request, I also integrate the use of therapeutic grade essential oils in your massage to facilitate an even more relaxing presence during your session.
